How do I keep myself motivated and determined to exercise to help win my triceps and wrist muscles?

How do I keep me determined and motivated to exercise to help win my triceps and wrist muscles? I'm training to learn how to badminton and tennis. So I need to gain more muscle. (I'm a girl) My goal is to at least 25 real push ups in a row by the end of summer (I can barely do 5 pulls real). And be able to hit the ball great, great. How can I be determined? And nobody knows the ways to help me maintain my exercise program and to make every day or every other day?

Work your muscles every other day. This way, you can give them time to heal, and you will be able to send the most of your weight and repetitions. To stay motivated, to remember why you work out. Good luck!
