Can anyone recommend a training regime of weight two with my cardio and Pilates?

I'm looking to lose 10 pounds in 8 weeks. I am currently about 200 minutes of cardio this week as well as Pilates. I want to add weight to this routine to turn a little. I not trying to get bulky, just lose fat and tone. I can not afford a gym membership, but have access to 2 pounds, 5 pounds and 8 pounds of free weights. I would appreciate comments. Thank you!

please do not listen to the first guy, he is an idiot. eat 5-6 times per day, well balanced meals and more small, it will speed up your metabolism. 2-3 meals, snacks plus 2-3. with your weight training, keep your representatives for the high tone and fat burning. Try 3-4 sets of each exercise, do 12-15 reps the first series, second series does 10-12, third set is 8-10, 4th Series and do 6-8 reps. always make sure to include your heart, keeping it stable. try the fusion of two exercises into one, like doing splits up with loops, or squats coupled with the shoulder for extra poses burn and increase heart rate. Just always make sure to incorporate protein After anywhere from 10 to 15 grams is fine for your needs. it will help repair your muscles. building muscle in turn contributes burn fat. your muscles must be able to heal, and the protein is essential.
