1. Once you start the program the first thing you need to do is warm up. This is very important for any workout activity. This will help you increase your circulation and muscles actively moving towards it. This will reduce the risk of injury.

2. Breathing is also very important for a good weight lifting. If by chance you remember your breath while weightlifting it can take your blood pressure to dangerous levels. This can be controlled by breathing normally. You must expire while lifting weights.

3. Good amount of weight should be lifted is also a board very important for weight lifting. You should start with light weights to avoid any damage or injury. You must always lift up accordingly the weight that your body can withstand. Avoid lifting heavy weights and do not have many sets of exercise as well.

4. You must be very careful with accessories weight lifting. Most accessories will effect oil the other hand people. You must wear gloves to make sure you keep the weight safely, because a slip it will be very dangerous. To avoid injury back and hernias wear a belt if you are lifting heavy weights during weight training process.

Above mentioned are some tips to avoid any type of damage or injury during the work session. A full physical check up, warm up exercises before you start with something to increase your blood circulation.
