what running shoes u recommend?
running shoes that you recommend? I'm looking for shoes and here …. my specs: 138 pounds and use shoes nike triax stability i-9 was nice and kept me free of pace shinsplints: about 7 + / – one minute and my training time 50-35, 80min 45 miles per week and essentially planing to run on cement .. and some soil
I try to go out with the least pair I can. I could do it when I was younger. cheapest were much less padding, and I used to remove the center blocks to make them lighter. I went a whole season with a pair of Reebok 7 million (just because I use them, does not mean that I can spell. That was the year I started to break the mile in 7 min 10k, and with my best of 6:12 pace in a 5k. Then, for about 5 years I was stuck on Nike Air. Nice shoes, until they messed up. The finish is just not there anymore, now that all are made in China. I would say that if you are satisfied with what you use to stay with her. Heck, if they are not too expensive, I'll get a pair.
