New Horizon Fitness T101 something fierce squeak treadmill – HELP!?

Just bought a T101 Horizon Fitness treadmill and some squeaks something fierce. This is actually our second than the first was replaced by a broken shock. Our first also squeaked really bad and every When I called they said it was normal – not normal and it is too new to have that bad of a cry. Any who have a similar problem found some resolve? Any suggestions appreciated.
