How do I plan my weight training?
I am trying to tone my body without adding bulk. I do about 30 minutes of cardio every day. I do weight same training every single day .. I do biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, every day for about 30 minutes. So overall, I worked for one hour. Am I doing this right? I've heard two days for muscle groups, but I do not know how long to exercise each muscle group every day. and I do abs every day
Yeah you need to give your muscles time to rest after exhausting them, since you do not want your, I would not more than 2 times per week per muscle group with high repetitions excersize, like ABS, trying to make a day lower abdominals, abdominal higher the following day, a day of rest, then repeat, this way they get the rest they need. Also, try doing the cardio after the sequence lifitng weight, so you can focus your energy on the maximum weight, then burn off excess calories later.
