How useful would be a dermatologist for my acne?
I fight against my acne, religiously. I guess you could say I was the late (ha ha) but I'm 18 now and my acne is really starting to bother me .. I tried Neutrogena products proactively,, Oxy 5, some with more toner product. I sometimes shower twice a day, but my acne is never better. a dermatologist would be able help me get rid of this acne? I do not want to sound lame, but my acne is really bothering me and (obviously) affecting my self-esteem self and things is a real pain. So the question is a dermatologist would be useful? or is it gunna be like trying a new product, and Im just lost my money .. thnks a lot
a dermatologist would be very useful I think. they give you medication against acne that is supposed to treat your specific type of acne. It will take time to go, depending on how much you ment. You can put up to 2 showers because it is not the best thing to do (unless you really need 2 showers), try changing your shampoo too, some shampoos are known to cause breakouts on the forehead or wherever your hair is touching your face, good. chance]
