What is so special about Thai Pad?
Now before you go biting my head, I AM THAI. I love Thai food. Like any Thai. but I do not understand what it is … the pad thai makes everyone likes so much? Personally, I think it's bland and a little sweet to my taste and the people here are not really eat all that you joseph often malignant. S do i ask for help to love the pad Thai? not. I speak the dish in general. read the question properly
I eat Thai food very often and love spicy food in general. However, although I am not a Thai food "rookie", I still love Pad Thai. Firstly, I love the rice noodle dishes in general. Although, in my opinion the thick noodles are better, thinner commonly used here in Pad Thai is also good. Their texture is different from that of regular pasta. An added pleasure is the texture of crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. The crunchy peanut contrast with the chewy noodles rice, and it's really nice! I also find I like the small pieces of fried egg there (something I also like the fried rice, another food, like many people). Finally, I like the combination of flavors. Tamarind juice and lime makes the dish both sweet and sour at the same time, and it is also just a tiny bit spicy. Well, "my" restaurant, it is because I applied to be spicy. I think for many people, the taste is new, unexpected, but still good. So basically, the combination of textures and flavors of sweet, spicy and sour all keep me from return to Pad Thai.
