i really want to start tai chi, and be able to control my chi and be very quiet How can I start?
I want to be a good fighter [but with my mind] – as tai chi and I want to master my chi, meditation and become more calm person to be perfectly honest, I was inspired by the movie Dragonball Evolution, but I always want to be like that and nothing wrong in dreaming right? So how do I start? if please help NO HATERS.
Jamie – you seem very young, maybe 13 years A. that age, I would not recommend Tai Chi because it does not develop the muscular strength to some extent -. My Master, who is Chinese, told me that in China, they begin to youth arts do stretch and use develop their muscles and their nerves. Every true master would. Do not be pressed and start at the bottom. Develop a solid foundation and when you're ready, Tai Chi Kung Fu you will be very strong. find a good teacher.
