The body belt for the stomach is to lose weight?
So I have a little belly that I'm trying to get rid of. Work Belt stomach? I bought one and I want to know if it will be of any use or not.
No. All it does is to compress and make you look thinner. Think when you are wearing tube socks and you remove the socks and ankles are thinner. you didn't lose weight in ankles, you've compressed the skin and fat and it goes back to normal after a few minutes. Do not use the belts that they restrict blood flow and injured more than help.
