How can you bring out a color from a photo on Picnik?
Lately I've been seeing a lot of cool changes on Picnik – photo site. The only feature that I can not understand is how to bring out color in an image, leaving the others in black-white-n or deleted. It looks really cool, but I do not know how to do it! If there is another site that also offers this feature, it would be great too. Does anyone know how to work this? Replies appreciated.
It is called selective (or partial) of desaturation. 1. Duplicate your background layer. 2. Desaturate the layer (ie, make B & W). 3. Apply a layer mask to the layer. Use the black brush to paint on the mask layer (make sure that's where you're not on the image itself). This will bring color to those areas. If you make a mistake, change in the white brush and wipe. Using a masking technique is the best because you can keep fit and correct errors, which can be easily with the eraser. 4. When you're satisfied, flatten and save. If you do not have any image editor, you can do so free of www.picnik.com in their effects section. Here's how to do it on picnik.com: Add a photo click on "Create" tab "Black and white "in the" Painting Effect "box, choose" Original "Choose a brush size, then simply paint the color back to where you wish. If you make a mistake, it goes to "Effect" and go wrong. Save the image. PS this question gets asked many times each day. A quick search on Yahoo Answers would have brought numerous responses. Look / scroll up right now – see the white box just next to "Find issues" – this is the search box. Also, be aware that this is a technique terribly exaggerated, because usually in a very sticky way. However, I understand that for you, it is new and exciting, and you need for this phase of your system. Enjoy
