Stand Exerise
a good diet to lose weight in a week?

I would like to lose a few pounds this week (before returning) Is there a good diet I can do? Im going shopping tomorrow so I can take a few extra goodies in good health. =) I also do volleyball and we exerise and I'll do some conditioning (crackles, pumps etc) a night. I would like to follow a good diet this week and if it goes well I'll continue. Im only 14 and I'm super fat, but I can stand to lose some of the additional blunders <3 thank you very much

Easy as pie, no pun intended. Not eat carbohydrates for the week! Just lean protein, like chicken breasts with skin or fish with bread crumbs. Lots of vegies and salads with Italian dressing. I promise you will drop by 5 kg!
