Is low intensity sports burn more calories than high intensity sports?

I just heard a sports book low intensity, for example. walking burns more than running, simply because walking uses energy while fat running uses energy from carbohydrates. Is this true? Or should I run an hour?

Yes it's true … BUT. The thing is that you burn more grease to the formation of low intensity and high intensity training, but you burn more rapidly with a high intensity training workout intensity so low. Let me give you an example … the figures are not right, I'm just trying to get my standpoint. Say you one hour of walking, you 100% burn fat but only 1g/hr. Now if you did you might just burn 50% fat, but you 4g/hr burn. So you will burn on the same footing for 1 hour or running for 30 minutes. Now the other thing is also what is your goal with this u are trying to lose fat, whatever you want or not to lose the fat but keep the muscle etc.
