Throwing shoes may also have spikes on them?

I throw hard (and occasionally shot put and javelin) in outdoor track, and launch weight in indoor track. I also want to run the mile / 800 in indoor track. Is there a shoe that can be peaks lay flat, then put in too?

Not for the shot put, javelin but yes. The javelin spikes have spikes at the front and even in the back for the shoe. They are very different from running spikes. But go on Google and "javelin spikes shoes type and to convince you. For the shot there is no pointe shoes, but I suppose there could be special shoes with more friction offers with the ground. Google it.
