Martial Arts shoes?
I have flat feet and pronation ankle problems that tend to cause problems with my knees. To avoid another knee injury, my teacher suggested I get a shoe in martial arts and put an arch support in it. Someone he used either the boot or new century Adidas shoes? Would they work well with arch supports? I do Tae Kwon Do.
I adidas shoes have bushido karate and karate shoes. Both are really good, but I like adidas. You can adjust the width on them because they are Velcrow and relativley good elasticity, which should work well with arch supports that you need. I am a black belt in karate, and I also took tae kwon do for 4 years. I highly recommend karate adidas shoes! Good luck! Oh by the way … DO NOT BE OR TRUCK DC for martial arts! These will fly your foot if you have any kind of snap kicks and they are too big and cumbersome to get the snap right on your kicks. Plus if you shoot someone and your skater wears shoes you could really hurt them!
