Senior Taekwondo

How can I increase my strength without muscle size anymore?
I will join the school powerlifting team My next year I'll be competing at the weight of 240 pounds, so naturally I'm lifting a lot of weight and gain great strength. My problem is, I am also under martial arts. I am a senior red belt in taekwondo and I intend to take a class Brazilian Juijitsu very soon. Taekwondo requires considerable flexibility and Brazilian Juijitsu also, to have big muscles looks like it could be an obstacle.
"Oversized" muscles exstensive years of training, they do not occur from a few power-lifting. You will not get them. You will not win a lot of strength just from power lifting, you have to go on a good diet to do so. I think you should learn muscle is built and how to win and ect. before joining this class. Connor-
