NEW emerlen% heat set pile carpet wrinkle-100 (5 'x 8') w / pad is above the carpet. How can I get them out?
We bought the buffer recommended for use on carpet areas. The problem is that wrinkles are pronounced / high. This reduces the attractiveness and safety the new carpet. The belt is tight for shipping. It was laid across a bed for 4-5 days to hang the edges hoping to straighten and smooth the wrinkles. Now that we've actually put on the carpeted area, it is disappointing that wrinkles remain. I contacted the seller (Overstock.COM) and they did not advise or assist in the day. Any ideas?

Cleaners for oriental rugs have a method of stretching a carpet to get wrinkles, you may contact a local cleaner and ask questions about this service. You may be required to return the mat for another, tell them it is defective.
