Running Tights

Are you on the formation or performance of an injury?
Biomechanical assessment
Running with an injury or over-training? Often it is best to get back to basics
Injuries can affect us all regardless of age, sex or ability. But can we manage or limit the number of times we hurt you? We can return to basics.
But we're not talking about fitness levels and stretching. Instead, we intend to return to biomechanics.
Evaluating, on a regular basis, your biomechanics can help you eliminate and prevent a number of injuries and problems that athletes suffer from. The clearing organization for any weaknesses that can cause a restriction in turn, can cause pain and injury.
calf injury and hamstrings are often caused by a tight sciatic nerve. The muscles provide spasm to protect the nerve during locomotion and if it is stretched or loaded sufficiently the muscles can shrink enough to cause tearing themselves – Or cramps – which can feel like a tear. By mobilizing the nerve it releases tension in muscles and reduces the probability of this event.
Tight calves
tight calves can cause over pronation. Dorsiflexion (upward movement of the ankle) is not available from the ankle due to calves tight, so it must come from the subtalar joints. It is part of the mechanism if pronation and increase the amount of pronation as well. This causes shin injuries and knee problems and Achilles.
Remember that tight calves are often a tight sciatic nerve Thus the mobilization of the nerve, we can help prevent these injuries and to normalize.
The effects of our biomechanics have on our body and the vicious circle the hurt and pain can cause appears again during the examination of your hips and pelvis which are so important to our operation, but generally neglected until the athlete is in pain or in fact, injured.
Pelvic rotation
A pool may go unnoticed ROTATION for many years until the compensations start to cause problems. Generally, a leg length difference (LLD) can result from a rotation of the pelvis and leg must compensate for this. There is flattening the foot (pronation), bend the knee again, or fall over the hip. Pronation will increase the load on the leg (see "Tight calves' section), and the abandonment of the hip increases the spasm to the glutes / piriformis" prophylactic " in other words preventively (and also if necessary), then we help to reduce the foregoing.
Rate yourself
Following one of the largest studies in biomechanics by Galileo Health and distributed by Sports HumanLab we can all benefit from assessing our biomechanics, in the comfort of our own home. You do not need to be a clinician as they have developed software CD-ROM that lets you evaluate the software prescribing the exercises needed to eliminate problems and in turn prevent or normalize the body of their future development.
As part of this program is prevention of injuries to the CD takes you through a series of works on basic stability asking about how to engage your heart and commit while peripheral movements, so that becomes second nature to you when running.
It ends with the final section on the exercises of the trunk and torso.
Advantages of biomechanics
SOME athletes out there might feel the need to help prevent a problem they do not feel they have. Let us examine briefly some of the benefits of other biomechanics has on your performance. A sciatic nerve or tight piriformis tight (hip) can affect your length stride, your knee drive and your power.
A tight sciatic nerve can affect your quadriceps output by as much as 15 percent. The effect of biomechanics for the professional athlete and the novice for injury prevention or performance is an indispensable tool. It will help prevent injuries, enjoy your running and help with your performance.
The program used to help address any questions you may have, now or in the future worthwhile. But it does not stop there.
It can be used as a training guide to indicate that you can be over-training or new technical or training plan you problems.
