Red Bull is dangerous for one year 14?
I am a dancer and I and several heavy rehearsal performances of The Nutcracker during the next 2 weeks. I'm also going to school, so I'm not sleeping much. When I go to rehearsals, I feel completely emptied. Would drinking a can of Red Bull per day for the next 2 weeks for me to be harmful in any way? If it is harmful, how? And also, I will buy the sugar free kind if I decide to get it, so too much sugar should not be a problem.
Energy drinks can literally cause heart failure and death, especially among people your age who are still growing and so on. The rate of caffeine and sugar in their are high, even in the sugar-free varieties, and they all have different chemicals that are supposed to "kick". Having said that, while what can of Red Bull will do for you is make you dance poorly, do poorly in school, feel ill and tired. They dehydrate you your heart rate, and generally make it difficult to concentrate, you need to dance and school. Depending on your reaction to caffeine, they can also get tired and sick. If you drink too much, you physically ill. If you insist on using these energy drinks, make sure you drink plenty of water, do not overdose, and do not become addicts. If you're tired, try taking a nap whenever you 're lucky, or just go to bed early. Keep your sleep schedule is highly regulated, you'd be surprised how much it helps.
