Martial Arts Council to crack?
Well, my school of martial art uses the plastic panels to break to save money on planks of wood. But when I tell my friends and family that I break the plastic panels, they say "Ooo it's just plastic, they are already broken, it's easy! ".. I know as a martial artist, I'm not supposed to worry about what they say, but it is sometimes frustrating. So my question is are plastic panels to crack really easier or harder than wooden boards? Like many people said they come with different colors and different resistance. They are realistic synthetic can get. After the sensation is different and it is psychologically easier that way.
