What is the best material to fill a punching bag empty?
a little hard material will harden my hands but I do not wear. I'm looking for gloves we expect to puncture the bag slightly hurt and that's what I hope to address is why I'm not wearing gloves the bag a 35 lb (pound) bag size and seems somewhat resistant so I do not expect it so .. rip the water? rags? stones? sand? wet wipes? small rocks? bark? Thank you
Just buy a new one. Clothing or rags move and you will not get the best effect. Sand and stones will break your hands. You hands may be difficult for a while but they will likely injuries very quickly. Being smart is always better as being difficult and not use your head. Wear gloves. Do not be a tough guy. I assure you, over time, you will pay a heavy price if you hit the bag without gloves. I speak not only of my own experience, but many others. Going "gloveless" will not make your hand more powerful that using gloves bag. Trust me on this issue. Anyway I wish you good luck.
