What a punch bag boxing weight should I start?
im 17, female and want to get in shape. im skinny but not that strong
The basic rule is that you'll want a bag, half your body weight (recommended for amateurs / beginners), or equal to the weight of body or more (if you're a pro). And if you're rich and serious about training, you want to increase the size of the heavy bag and reduce the size of the speed bag every six months.
