Recently bought the exercise bike pro fitness magnetic Argos and can not ride it!

I recently bought the pro fitness magnetic exercise bike as Argos, but I can not ride it. He says you must disconnect the adjustment resistance of the cutting head before turning the blade through the handle post hole and reconnect again. I can not disconnect them. Please any idea will be useful especially for people with a similar experience.

Many of these connectors have a small "lock" you need to tighten the disconnect. Just be a little sweet and be sure not to separate them … they are delicate.
