Halo 1 compatibility with a new laptop?

I need to know if Halo 1 will run fine on my new laptop Dell Inspiron 17 inches with an Intel Premium and Windows 7. I do not know much about these computers, I'm a vinyl man myself for all the help is appreciated and, as always, best answer will be chosen. Thank you.

i think it will work. I got it on a Dell computer model and now more laptops-a-days are just as good if not better than most computers
