Power Lifting
How to combine the power of lifting / strong / hockey?
I got into power lifting a few weeks back, and do me learned about training very well. I was wondering how to achieve all three without damaging the success and gains in each sport? Training for hockey not include plyometrics and agility drills. Currently I bench, deadlift, squat, and overhead press every Monday / Wed / Fri, and this configuration has worked well so far.
