Does anyone know a good metric plyo routine? for more vertical?
I have a box to jump rops jumpng i just need a good routine every week please help and tell me sets and repetitions you very
Plyometrics can not be what you need. You may be the primary force. Even if the case is plyos, they need to be customized to fit your capabilities, so that we can not tell you what to do and expect it to work. Check out this guy on youtube. He really knows his stuff.
