Pilates Half
I'm working on two thirty five days a week and eat healthily and can not lose weight please help!?

I do arobics water, slim in 6 ab routine, and sit in the sauna 25 min. 5 days per week. I also do Pilates, arobics every other day. My diet food consisting of a cabin proten brekfest and lunch with fruit between meals and chicken and vegtables for dinner. I'v done that for about two months and have not lost a single pound of weight, 140 pounds and I im 4 "11 Help! What am I doing wrong?

Here is what you will: Increase your intake of dairy products. There is a correlation between consumption of dairy products and fat loss. Cut all processed foods (white sugar, white flour, corn syrup, foods with preservatives), and eat organic foods for most. Increase your consumption of spices (cinnamon particular), it has been shown to increase metabolism. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day. Do not eat anything low fat. All That does that make your ability to burn fat at a lower speed. Important: Shop on the outer edge of the supermarket! I lost tons of weight eating this way without exercise. That this scheme will do for you is set your metabolism, give you more energy, and help you lose fat!
