You spend all this time and money with your Pilates teacher per week, right? That private sector in a semi-private mat class or a group. You like what you feel when you leave the studio or class, right? You believe in work and see what he did to your body, then why not take the principles of training with you on the gym floor, the next time you go there?

Who said Pilates could be done on a mat on the floor? What prevents you from using your power whenever you sit down at a piece of equipment? As a Pilates instructor and personal fitness trainer / Monitor, I am aware of the queues and all my coaching clients – they know or non Pilates – men and women – to use and enter their basic structure, power, abs before making a move with a piece of equipment, weight dumbbell, resistance band, etc.
