Pedometer can count your steps as you run?
I looked up pedometers and online sites such as Target, he said: "Ideal for walking." Would it not counting my while I run? Is it the specific steps I ran? Or are they different? Best answer gets 10 pts:)
All pedometer must be able to count steps. Some are better for you to enter the length of stride different for running and walking and to detect when you do one or the other – the specific needs of the stride length you say your opinion. distance you ideal running will be a unit with GPS, but which will use satellite signals, rather than counting steps and estimates. You may want to look at the front-runners from Garmin, which is where you'll end up anyway if you keep running long enough. Counting steps during the execution probably will not do much for you, especially since your stride length can vary widely. You'd even be better off just using a card online, plug in your itinerary, and estimated distance.
