How can I get soft skin on my face?
I exfoliate a few times a week, use Oxy pads, facial toner, but my face is still dirty and oily especially my forehead. HELP! Is this just something that comes with age because I've always had oily skin it is generally fairly smooth. That changed in the last 6 months or both.
You should try a face wash acne-like, to help it dry a bit.
