Has anyone been on the Medifast Diet?
How were your energy levels about the plan and have you managed to lose weight? how much it cost you?
The cost varies on weight you should lose. The plan was good for me because I had about 20 pounds to lose .. I just bought tremors and chocolate bars and peanuts. I did not like one of foo. It theory is based on a low-carb. That means up to 4 shakes a day, a shock. peanut bar and I usually eat a salad ranch McDonald's bacon every day for two weeks. It was very difficult the first three days, but did easier the chat room was very helpful too. If you do order it and do not like it, you can return as long as the packets were not opened. Take your measurements you 'll be surprised at the speed of the weight loss. …. My problem after the plan was I did not know what to eat after completing the program and I thus acquired part of the back eight. GOOD LUCK it does not work if you will.
