Fitness R100 Rower LifeCore help?

I have a LifeCore Fitness Rower R100. Something seems a bit off, though, because every time I shoot actual tests on them, the divisions are remarkably higher than they are on the erg Concept2 I use at school. We have to do with resistance, but I do not really understand. Anyone know how to fix this problem or what causes it? I moved through the magnetic field of different parameters (1-16), and none of them really change anything.

What language is it in? what are you talking about?
