Krav Maga?
I studied taekwondo for 5 years now and its fun, but I do not think it will help me if I'm dealing with a real life situation. EG Streetfight i heard of this martial art called Krav Maga after me and my friend watched The Bourne Ultimatum (movie kicks ass) they told me it was the fighting style he used and it was for real life not fight tournaments or demos. Do you recommend Krav Maga for streetfighter? where i live, sometimes people jumped so I'd better learn how to protect myself and not just show flashy kicks. And krav maga is all about defense or does it also teach you how to kick and KO your opponent?
the fighting style in movies escrima Bourne is (or at heavily based eleast Off escrima), as shown in movies like krav maga but above the knife and gun disarming and using something like a weapon, but yes, I recommend krav maga teaches if its a good instructor, but some people are just trying to take advantage of krav maga / phase of self-defense. krav maga will not only teach you to "defend" it will teach you how to cause serious harm to eventually kill someone if you must (it a bit extreme and can lead to some serious time if you use excessive force) Krav Maga has 4 main principles 1. Do as much damage in little time as possible. 2. Change in defense to offense as quickly as possible (including both). 3. Use the objects around you as weapons. 4.
