Cycling – It is also a good exercise for those who can take up vigorous exercise. It allows you to maintain the speed and thats the effort that is at your own pace. This strengthens leg muscles and improves the functionality of the heart and lung, a fitness program suitable for all, especially for the ladies, and seniors.
Fitness Programs for Seniors – There are many fitness programs for seniors. These may include cardiovascular, aerobics, dancing, swimming, cycling and many other activities. These programs are designed taking into account the common complications as the elderly or persons Seniors may face.
