Karate Punching

Shaolin Kempo Karate was founded by Frederick Grandmaster Villari J
"Shaolin Kempo Karate 'has been founded by Grandmaster Frederick J. Villari. Over the past three decades, his fighting system has been widely recognized and respected. His art traces its dating back a thousand years to the Shaolin temple in China. Many of the basic methods are still used in today's schools. The present form has become famous for its highly effective "Four Ways of Fighting. "
Some changes were necessary because of changes of modern culture and technological development of different types of weapons.
People today are bigger, stronger and better informed about weapons and fighting methods, therefore, movements had to be changed and updated. Grandmaster Villari developed a fighting system that combines the "Four Ways of Fighting " one. Today his system has spread nationally and internationally and has a permanent establishment record in the annals of the history of martial arts.
Shaolin Kung Fu
The great Shaolin Temple in the mountains of Song Shan of central China was established around 495 AD It was built by Emperor Hsiao Wen of the Chinese for an Indian monk named Batou, known by the Chinese as for Tuo. In this temple around 530 AD, Bodhidharma, an Indian monk traveling from India, introduced a new Buddhist meditation method fighting techniques and monks. First, it introduces a form of breathing exercises based on movements of animals to the temple monks, to strengthen and condition their bodies and purify their minds. Then he taught them how to use the movements of animals for self-defense. Over time, the monks changed and perfected these movements. This style became known and respected as the art of Shaolin Temple Boxing. Buddhism and Shaolin Temple Boxing or "Shaolin Ch'uan Fa "were the main legacy of the Shaolin Temple in the world. So it was in China that the philosophical and religious system upon which many arts Martial depend have been introduced and cultivated. The Shaolin fighting system is the backbone of the Villari system since Grandmaster Villari said it was the best for promoting overall health, wisdom and longevity. This system is well balanced, incorporating mind, body and spirit into one. In the area of fighting, Shaolin is renowned for its devastating kicking techniques and hand. It incorporates the movements five animals: tiger, crane, dragon, snake, and Leopard. The theory of the struggle against Shaolin is based on circular movements, speed, conditioning, and develop high internal energy, tendons and ligaments. These elements are essential to produce a superior fighter.
Kempo
Grandmaster Villari also utilizes the art of Kempo. It is a mixture of hard and soft movements that blend very well, even if it is not sophisticated enough by itself. Kempo lacks the grace of Shaolin with its integrated leg maneuvers, rapid mixing and footwork of karate, and the explosion of hard Karate.
Karate
In the 1600s, Japan conquered Okinawa and to prevent uprisings, restricts the Okinawans use all weapons. The natives have no other choice but to practice the art known as Te "or unarmed combat. Te was derived from the Shaolin "Chuan " who had, at that time, spread throughout China and became popular around 900 AD, the Chinese people of the T'ang dynasty. Many Okinawans were secretly sent to China to learn martial arts. They later returned and influenced the methods in use on Okinawa. Okinawa has changed the name of their martial art from Te "to " Karate ". The term "Karate " means "T'ang hand " and is used to recognize China's influence in the art of Okinawa 's. Karate was first demonstrated in Japan in 1917 even more styles developed. Karate is also highly favored by Grandmaster Villari, and he regards as simple and quick to learn and run. Known for its linear and angular movements with rapid mixing and movements that are struggling online, karate-type blows are more mechanical in execution Shaolin blows. They are also more explosive. Karate concentrates more on external power and fewer moves are needed to do the job.
Grappling
Long before either the Chinese or the Okinawans practiced and developed their arts, the Tibetans and Mongolians had their own form of combat from which The venerable art of Chin Na, or the art of the White Tiger, was developed – a devastating form of freezing, seizure, detention and decision. Tibetans and Mongols were masters of the discipline. Grandmaster Villari's Shaolin Kempo Karate system also incorporates The venerable art of Chin Na. It is the ultimate form of neutralizing an opponent, using detention, seizure, blocking, throwing, felling and delivering controlled pain. No other martial art gives such control over an attacker.
Four ways to fight against
Grandmaster Villari realized, because of his varied wealth of experience and dedication in the pursuit of ultimate fighting system, each system Combat has offered something unique, and each also had its glaring weaknesses that could make a fighter vulnerable. After studying and mastering Many different styles and ways of fighting, Grandmaster Villari concluded that there were really only four ways of fighting.
1.
With your hands (punching, striking – open or closed hand) or using any part of the arm, elbow, forearms, etc.
2.
Kicking (with foot, leg, knee, shin)
3.
Slaughter – which is to strike an opponent its feet by throwing, tripping, pulling, pushing, shoving or scooping him
4.
Grappling – by either wrestling, holding, breaking, locking bones or joints against nerve centers
Grandmaster Villari understood that the ultimate self-defense does not lie in one direction or fighting style. By combining the "Four Ways of Fighting. " He has designed and developed ways to integrate the various control cons it into one, eliminating weaknesses and vulnerabilities. This is the central theory and method behind Villari art of Shaolin Kempo Karate.
Combining the best of Art
The art of Shaolin Kempo Karate was founded and developed by Grandmaster Villari after many years of the study and mastery of many different styles of martial arts including Shaolin Temple Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Kempo, different styles Karate, as well as the secret art of the White Tiger (Chin Na).
Shaolin movements are more fluid than either Kempo or Karate and have more reasons for a strike manifold. The weakness here is many wasted movements which create openings for attack-cons. Karate, on the other hand, has too few movements and is too rigid to stand alone. Shaolin takes longer to learn than Karate, but once mastered, its blows are delivered more effectively because Shaolin is a balance of force outside the body and internal power. Each martial art offers something to complement each other. By combining circular motions and linear, the end result is a system greater than the sum of its parts.
Grandmaster Villari also teaches moves of the Monkey Immortal, known for its art of illusion. The monkey can not be touched. His movements are ultra-fast with the ability to change direction quickly. It exhausts energy and never has a superior durability. The monkey is always happy!
Grandmaster Villari is one of the pioneers of martial arts in the western world. He revolutionized and enhanced the martial arts, directing more to practice fighting. His contribution to Asian fighting arts helped pave the way of Asian martial arts on a massive scale, for the ordinary layman. Before Master Villari, teaching martial arts to the masses was taboo. It demystifies the stigma that only a few select people should have the opportunity to acquire these skills. He showed Westerners of all ages and cultures "the way of Asian martial arts. " No teacher or other system can claim or take credit for the combat system unique Villari Shaolin Kempo Karate system. His input and involvement produced a major shift in teaching martial arts. Master Villari is still actively teaching and demonstrating the martial arts in his school today. About the Author
