Blood flow inversion therapy?
I had oringally inversion boots I would use a bar head high. I noticed that my knees started badly so now I just close my legs around the bar and head down with my knees bent over the bar. I also have this strap together to secure my lowerbody I will not fall. Will this end or reduce the amount of blood flowing to my brain? Or are inversion boots better – I mean, how much blood may be flowing in the legs?

Blood flow to the brain will not be affected because the distance and the route of blood flow should not change. However, blood flow to your feet will be reduced if the knees are on the bar.
