home gym if construction of the three pieces of equipment would you buy?

10 points for best answer! if price was not a problem and you want the perfect home gym with only three products what would they be? type and brand?

I would get a treadmill because it is one of the cardio workouts and better you can adapt at a pace slow or full-on performance. I would also like to get a good set of free weights because they are versatile. they can enhance a variety muscle and last but not least I would get a personal trainer, do not know if you can consider hahah equipment, but that's what I want have.
