What equipment do I do for martial arts?
Hello, I'm 14 and I was with the martial arts for some time, but I'm just starting to enter the fight for competition. So I would like to know what I need. I have hair, hands and feet. Am I need a pad to my chest? I am a B cup near a C should I get certain types of filling it? So what about the bikini? Do I need a cup women? Thank you for ur help!
If your just starting out you'd might want to wear a chest protecter and slowly detach when better.but you need to hand the head of a train feet you do not really need anything for your chest and you do not need a cup women, but a mouth guard. hes a really good site for all http://www.centurymartialarts.com/
