Hand Weights
What types of exercises can be done with weights or a rug and ab roller or the "ball" used in ABS?
I joined a small gym yesterday which is essentially a "learn for yourself" instead. He has good equipment and is a place very small but I know nothing about the weights by hand or ab exercises. There are no trainers there. I do not see mat, dumbbells (all sizes), a trick roller Ab, and "round balls" used for the abdomen, but I'm not sure how to use them properly or what Exercises can be done using these things. Can anyone help me and tell me how to start a workout routine good average?
get the training program of 90 works ….. it can be done entirely with handweights and I think is a great workout.
