Half Toe
the inside of my left foot midway between my big toe and the heel?
is very painful I can not remember it wrong, but its bad now for about a week I'm in my 60 could it be.
It could be that you have plantar fasciitis, which is the first thing that comes in mind. It is also possible that your arch of your foot collapsed. I would first examine the foot in the mirror and see if you or discoloration visible signs (ie brusing). You can stretch your foot, taking a towel with both hands and put his foot in it as a stirup foot and pull toward you to stretch and see if that gives some relief. Wear good shoes with a supportive arch support, such as running shoes, nothing forced / sealed or dress shoes. Your foot will need a cushion to recover from what ever it might be. Hope this helps.
