Why an electronic training device interfere with a person with heart problems?

I have this device called AB Gymnic. He says you can not use it if they have a heart condition. I wonder exactly how it would be detrimental. I have palpitations and my heart skips beats sometimes. I also had a stroke paroxysmal supraventricular tachychardia time was scary, but they said it was not that serious and my heart was good. I made some heart tests after that and has never been diagnosed with a heart problem. I wish really use this device.
