During these busy days to sometimes miss our training gym which is not good at all. Sometimes we miss when we think nothing bad will happen if we fail again and again and again. Therefore, we train muscles loose and form.
MusclesProd.Com wants to help you at this stage and we begin a series of articles related to training when you do no time or your time is limited. These articles will help you know how to train when you have a busy schedule. This way, you keep your form.

We will write about the most effective exercises for major body parts. What exercises to combine, what to do super-sets and the number of repetitions.

Today we will form the arms in 30 minutes. Biceps and triceps.

So lets start, 5 minute warm up, then we start with biceps.

A first exercise will be ongoing dumbbell curls.

The first 2 sets are made with light weight to warm up. Then we do 3 sets increase the weight so that the series will last from 8 repetitions.

Second exercise is "Hummer". We're going to sit and two hands at the same time. 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

Then we'll go to the triceps.

A first Close Grip Barbell exercise is Bench Press.

3-4 sets of 15-12 repetitions would be good.

And the last financial year Barbell Triceps Extension 3. Sets of 12 repetitions.
