Gym Resistance
Help to the gym with training against resistance.?
If I do resistance work in the gym is it true that I should wait a day before doing it again. I read somewhere that you have to give your muscles time to repair or something. Also, if it is true, is it okay to do cardio in the day, I'm not supposed to do resistance work? Thank you in advance.
Yes, you do not need to give your muscles time to repair. You do not need to leave the next day, unless you do a full workout. You can share Return your drive / biceps, chest / triceps, legs / shoulders. (Added to abs when you can.) Then, take your day off.
