Normal blood pressure and pulse for a girl of 16 years?
I am 16 years old, 5'5 "and 102 pounds. I quit smoking, there are 6 months and has never been a heavy smoker. I do not take drugs, I do not take special pills or drugs. My blood pressure was sometimes high or very high, I guess it's because my mother has high blood pressure .. But I think it is down and wondered if it has nothing to do with my diet. I I took my blood pressure twice, once before to pee and once after:. Prior to pee 112/79 – Pulse: 95 After pee: 109/70 – Pulse: 77 So when I go to the gym, I noticed a sharp increase my pulse, I know that exercise does, but sometimes I worry it increases too? When can you be too, because last time it increased 150 or something.
