What wrong with my brakes 2003 ford focus?
My side brake pads were passengers beware that I changed last month. They were tight right after I put new pads but they are not released since then and all I smell is brake pad. The pads are almost exhausted. Why is it so tight. What should I do?
calipers are shot, and need replacing. If you are in range sufficient labor, it is a repair, you can do yourself. each will cost around a hundred dollars, and you need to make 2 @ a time. (Let us not only that which is blocked, you must do both rear or both front calipers, otherwise you'll just have to replace them again. Go to Autozone, they have good replacements ford have a lifetime warranty. A mechanic will cost a bunch more, but if you're not handy with cars, then you must go to a replacement of your calipers …. is not a joke and it must be done correctly.
