What kind of home fitness machine has worked best for you?
I asked what's best room gym or at home, but I forgot to ask who loved the machine at home users the most
I dislike no gyms … even if they were free, I would not go there. Everybody sweats in the same room and I can not really be comfortable in front of strangers, and sweating. Gyms are good if you are very strong and need lots of heavy and costly, different machines or you need to be part of a class to find the motivation of a group (I do fine by myself). I'm just an average woman, so all I need good neighborliness, the stationary bike and some weights (and also my teacher and my thigh bar abs and my push-up handles … I have very thin wrists) … and ruggedness piano bench I use as a weight bench. At home, I did not get there by car and I can make my abs in underwear … On my cardio days, I use an old Air Gomet DP, which is a stationary bike to exercise the upper body. It is bulky and noisy but I drive Cardiovascular better on her, watching TV … Full Blast cardio lower and upper body workout. (I have a five day routine I just repeat … walking, cardio, walking, rest, weight, walking, cardio, walking, rest, weight)
