I have been logging my calories and routine Fitness on a website and recently I had a ball club, but this type of exercise is not on the site. I tried all possible means … medicine ball, fitness ball, exercise ball, ect … So my question would be, as far as calorie burning goes, Should I sign it as Pilates? Low Impact Calisthenics? What does he fall catergory? I use mydailyplate
