Why did my first degree burn wrinkled?
I have a really tiny first degree burn on my arm and it was done ok. I am 100% pure aloe vera gel to keep it moist and others on the edge of my burning begins to wrinkle. Is this good or bad? If Please tell me its a good thing. But honestly please dont lie. I also loose packing because I'm supposed to keep it moist and wrap to protect from the sun, but loosely so that it can take the air.
It is a normal part of the process healing. If it develops that drainage is not clear or slightly pink, it may be infected. Aloe is a very good idea. However, burns are infected very easily so I recommend that after you apply aloe is absorbed and apply some triple antibiotic ointment.
