Exercise Gym

How do you find time to exercise or go to the gym when you work and do other things?
I work many hours per week and have other priorities and I can never seem to have time to exercise and go to the gym. How can you make time for the gym with a busy schedule? And how often are you able to fit the gym into your weekly schedule?
First, do not go to the gym, especially if you do not have time for that. Even if the gym is 5 minutes (if you're lucky) so it's 5 minutes you could pass on warm and 5 minutes, you may be dedicated to cool (if you need to go home). Then involve going to the gym to get dress for her (with sports clothing) and if you just stay home, you do not care in good condition. (I my abs in underwear …) Plus the gym and the money you're supposed to sweat in front of strangers and watch them sweat in a sweat room? The gym is only good when you're a strong boy teen and you need to use these expensive machines and trucks and you do with friends or the gym is good for people who need this kind of routine to motivate them (they paid for it so now they must pass), or the gym is good for people who need to work together and get motivated by group classes … (I'm more of a loner). If you are a woman who works, the house is much better. You just need a little weight, a good neighborhood (good or treadmill) and a stationary bike. (I also have a master thigh, rug and bar ab …) At home, you can catch your recorded TV programs while doing your cardio or stretching your … Your question is about time. Do you watch any television or register at all? Every time I watch an hour of television I recorded it a training session 45 minutes if I skip the ads. On a day of rest, especially when I'm stretching, I'll do a 5 minute warm on my stationary bike, then stretch for 40 minutes while watching a program. Cardio day, when I do aerobic exercise of low intensity to burn fat, I watched 2 hours of TV that is 90 minutes, skip commercials. The first 60 minutes, I do my cardio (I do about 13 miles on my stationary bike, slowly, so I burn fat) and the last 30 minutes, while gently stretching my cool. Then I walk days when I just did a walk around the block. I a course of 20 minutes, 30 minutes and an hour depending on the time available to me. Surely you can find 2 or 3 times per week 20 minutes on foot?? Put a stationary bike next to the TV so you can watch TV while the sweetness of a bicycle. Stretch while watching TV. Stroll through your neighborhood. You also need to do weight training to maintain or build muscle mass. Select a dozen of your favorite exercises (or more necessary) and it will take about an hour, every 5 days. One hour every 5 days so you can feel better and stronger the remaining 119 hours! Do not do multiple sets, that takes time, just do a series and push you to do what the representatives you can (it was proved that a set is also good two or three as long as you push yourself to the limit). Start slowly. Tomorrow, go for 20 minutes of walking. The next day, do 30 minutes on a stationary bike (5mn warm up, 20 minutes in your target area and 5 minutes of cooling), the next day for a walk again the next day, a little rest and stretching, The next day, spend an hour doing strength training, then start up / cardio / on / off / weight. You should spend about 7 hours per week of exercise that you can better appreciate the 161 other hours of the week.
