black hair and exercise do not mix?

What is a good haircut for a female African American wear while / after training? I run everyday and I sweat like crazy. After I did everything is flat and can not do anything, but a ponytail. I work in an office and want to wear my hair down. Ive tried to put the rods, but the ruins still swear my curls. All of ideas?

Just tie it up in a bun for the hair touches your skin, then put a bandage over all your hair from your face, it should be good then =]
